Incredible connection

What a bad experience with this company. No feedback on tracking an order. 7 days later still no response. They take the money and respond with delaying tactics. NEVER EVER buy from them again!!!!! Seems I will need to fight for refund for goods never received....they take the money and refer you to refunds policy even though they dont deliver. Disgraceful. NEVER AGAIN
