INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

i have purchased a product from incredible connection that has surpassed its delivery date, ive called their customer support only to be told its been delayed with no knowledge or being informed by them.

they then say they will not be able to tell me when my product will be delivered and ive been told to send an email for a cancellation and refund

i send the email through and be told i will recieve response for my email within 24hours after many emails no response.

i keep being sent in circles with no one being able to assist me, and i told once my refund is concluded its another 14 working days to process

they did not update the product that has no delivery time actually known and rather lie to consumers and advertise the time on their side which is false and misleading

by conveying misleading information taking hold of peoples money with no set date or delivery expectation they are holding peoples hard earned money which interest can be earned on

yet they do nothing to fix the incompetence and in all honesty extremely poor service
