Incredible Connection

I bought a battery pack, the salesman said keep the receipt as they fail and you can bring it back. Sure enough it failed. What they don't tell you is that you can only bring it back for repairs, not a replacement or a refund, only if they can't repair it will they will replace or refund it, they also don't tell you that this process takes 3 to 4 weeks. Computer mania, a few shops away in the Cavendish mall sold me another battery pack, on asking them about their returns policy they said they replace all faulty equipment and nobody bothers to repair battery packs. Incredible Connection use their delaying tactics to frustrate and make you give up on your claim. Jason Caelse is the manager, he is unhelpful, combative and only regurgitates company policy. My shadow will never darken their entrances ever again.
