INCREDIBLE CONNECTION.

Purchased an item online 11 Apr. STATUS from 12 Apr = SHIPPED. Queried on 16 Apr where is delivery. STATUS still remained SHIPPED as at 16th. Told either 16 or 17 for delivery as at inhouse delivery warehouse. Waited and waited and waited. Again queried on 17 where is delivery. Was now told delivery by 22 APR. Requested to speak to manager. NO MANAGER AROUND. Call cut. Phoned again asking where is warehouse in DURBAN so I can COLLECT MY OWN PARCEL seeing this company is incapable of delivering a parcel. Was told the warehouse is in PRETORIA and that's where the parcel is. REALLY!! Blew a fuse and then the story changed again getting told that no its in DURBAN and they will deliver 20th. So that's 4 different stories in 2 days and yes, you guessed it, still no delivery. An order i made from CHINA on 14th is being delivered 22nd. So its quicker to get an item from CHINA that it is to get a delivery from my own country. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE RE-NAMED INCREDIBLE DIS-CONNECTION.
