“Incredible Connection”!!

IC Fourways Mall are disgrace when it comes to their switchboard. How do they operate??? I had to drive to the Mall after 4 attempts to call their landline ***. When I approached them I get such a pathetic reply “sorry about that”. The manager was also very rude and was not helpful or had any concerns. No wonder there are so many stores that lose business especially with this kind of service!!😡😡
