Incredible Connection

I bought a mobile ???? from here and changed my mind about the phone. I went back to the store to return the item and was assisted by Wilson and the acting manager on the day and was told that they don't have cash in store. I was further informed that I had to give them time to get the cash on my behalf and was referred to Menlyn. I requested for the refund to be returned to my debit card and this was further declined. And I further suggested that I be given a store voucher and was still declined.

During this particular visit to the store, I was toyed with and made to feel like an imbecile while they played tag team with me. I was truly made to feel inferior. I called in after the above visit and spoke to Madimetja who confirmed the same thing.
