Incredible connection

What bad service. We just wasted 3 hours of our day in the blue route branch where they obviously dont know what they doing. My son took all the documents they asked said its approved for an amount and he took what he wanted. Just to hear 3 hours lots of paperwork. O but its not approved yet. Really?????????
