Incredible ?? Connection.

I have used the on line purchase tab on the website of Incredible connection.

They had what I considered a good deal on a Dell XPS laptop. It was a high spec model and was not cheap by any means,

I am not a stranger to online purchasing and consider the service provided by most suppliers to be excellent in this retail space.

It is with this in mind that I must report on how unsatisfied I am with this service offered by Incredible Connection.

The delivery date comes and goes and the online tracking system is not aware of my purchase.

I make a call only to find out that I cannot speak to anyone in authority and the call center must send an email.

I get an email saying sorry the item was out of stock and they are trying to get the laptop and I can track the order.

Tracking number still doesn't work.

I send a mail yesterday saying that I still have not heard anything and need an answer, only to get a mail repeating the no stock line but this time it says they will revert with feedback "IF" there are further developments.

I reply straight away saying that their reply was too vague and I needed a definitive answer.

No reply yet received.

Today I send another request for an answer.

Still no reply.

Tracking number still doesn't work.

I would phone them but no telephone numbers given.

My current PC is dying and I am getting frustrated to say the least.
