Incredible connecting

Bought a c to c type cable on the 5th of February 2025, one side became lose without doing anything on the damn cable and it was not charging, the metal port eventually popped out. Today I took it to the shop expecting and exchange or refund, was told they will not take it as it was damaged, the canle comes with a 1 year warranty and when I asked anout that they told me that’s for the manufacturer and no one told me that when I bought it. Pathetic service.
