Incredible cinnection, or rather incredible *******ion..

Bought a Laptop in December 2018, still under warranty. June 2019, screen is not working, but when I connect it to a tv screen, its working. Took it to Incredible connection. Now suddenly the motherboard is damaged and the cost to repair is R3000 more than what I paid for the laptop!! Acer does not want to send me my laptop back, I need to pay R900.....
