Incredible Bad Service from Incredible Connection

I tried phoning their number you don't get thru you on hold for a long time it does not seem to work, so I tried web chatting to ask when will my online account be updated, spoke to a Jack,he first said his checking my order, then when I asked abt the delivery he started apologizing for the delay in service not giving me a reason why its not updated nothing, Incredible Connection worst service to buy online goods please stay away, well their response time for you to PAY THE PURCHASE U MADE VERY QUICK if only they had that kind of service when they actually have to give some good service. Please do not use Incredible Connection you only will get Incredible Bad service.
