Incredible Arrogance, no service. Thanks to Apple iStore for coming to the rescue.

No service at Cresta branch. I was the only person in the queue. After 15 min of people asking me if I have been assisted and nobody came, I expressed my dissatisfaction. I was then told not to "raise my voice" and asked if I thought I was special and should jump the queue. That really made me angry and I gave them a few choice words ( pardon the French ). Only to have a sales man try physically intimidate me. I received a ref number for my complaint, however, they never responded. I called the iStore support line, they were able to fix the issue over the phone in 3 minutes.
