Service of the employees are beyond bad. they don't care, they don't listen, and each person i spoke to has to get someone else involved, either a supervisor, or a sales agent, no one can do anything on their own.

The employee said to send him a whatsapp message to say what i want because he can't understand what i am saying.

This is why the company seems to be failing and why next to no people want to do business there, your customer service is horrible
