Incredble Connection and Canon(Bad Service Wish they also wanna leave the country)

<p>I bought a canon printer and it did not even last for 6 months.Aparrently Incredeble Connection has a warranty on these products and it appears to be very vague.Ive been informed that it takes up to three weeks for a report not from Canon but from their Tech support.However I had to Buy another printer indeed HP from another supplier cause I use this printer daily.After trying to explain this to the Witbank Branch manager he told me that he did not tell me to buy from Incredible Connection Witbank Mall.What a Incredible attitude.It appears that this is sub standard items imported into the country.I wish to be refunded or the item would be repaced.</p>
