Incred, spotify premium

Order the spotify premium online which is suppose to be delivered like same day via email. The only email i got was an oops message even thou they took my money its been over a week now no code for the premium and i have requested twice for a refund and they just keep saying they have forwarded my request without any response from them as to whats going on. Im very annoyed I cabt get my money back and they havent given me the code and its already past the time i needed to renew my spotify.
