Incorrect Product in the Correct Packaging

I placed an order online and received the order today. I am highly disappointed and irate as the box stated Wireless Mouse only to open the box and find a WIRED MOUSE! How on earth can you send incorrect products to people spending money for a high end product??? Also, the huge price difference between the 2!!! I was speaking to Sibongile on the chat and get cut off immediately cause it hit 5pm on the dot. It is absolutely shocking and makes 1 angry receiving this kind of service delivery and most importantly sending incorrect products inside a properly labelled box! I would like to be contacted immediately and have the correct item delivered by tomorrow!
