Incorrect and false information

I went to the store in Clearwater to buy a product. I asked the salesman to confirm the specs of the product, which they did.

They assured me that the specs were what I was looking for, however, upon returning home, I discovered the specifications were incorrect.

I wish the manager of the Clearwater branch to contact me and sort this out.
