Incorrect Adverti*****t – Not My Problem

<p>On 19/10/2016 an Iphone 6 Rose Gold , 64GB was advertised on Incredible Connection's website .</p> <p>The price as marked was R 1699 . We made an imediate purchase using E bucks and received an confirmation email stating a click and collect option and that the package is ready for shipping . Today 21/10/2016 i received a call from Fabian Scheepers stating they cancelled my order and they will proceed with a refund . I do not want a refund , i do however insist on the product as purchased , an advertised fault or not , I do have the proof of payment , the confirmation email and screenshots of the advertised product . They gladly reffered me to the Ombudsman . Absolutely ridiculous coming from a manager . </p>
