Incomplete address given to courier my parcel is delaying, possible it could be Lost as old unit number given no street name no section nothing I don't understand where it should be delivered too if you're system do not take what is captured

I am so disappointed of your online ordering system I placed an order *** in 17 March 2024 I captured full address unit number,road name, surburb and code only to find out today that's sky net got incomplete address there's a possibility for the parcel to get Lost or delayed delivered at who's cost I need to travel back to Capetown for work now I have to wait for this delay I am so disappointed doubt I will ever use this service to buy.
