I'm sick and tired of your incompetency and unprofessional behavior. I specifically told you to deduct on the 25th sep even though I was due to be deducted on Oct. When you call there only music and nobody on the other end of the line but you keep sending me sms. Someone called, when I asked her to call me on my work landline she said ok and never called back. Then I received an sms saying my query had been resolved which is a lie. I'm reporting you, you guys are ******.
