I bought a phone on their website, coz it was only advertised online.they did not offer insurance for the phone.when I received the phone from the courier. The following day I than contact the call center about getting cellphone insurance. Which they referd me to the branch saying that it done at the branch even though it purchased online.the branch refused to issue insurance .they say the insurance is suppose to be activate on the day of the purchase.so I don't qualify. I phoned their under writer they told me the same thing.i am afraid to carry my phone coz it not insured.i am upset that these big retailers are promoting internet shopping yet, they don't have proper procedures to deal with online insurance.to me it *********** coz everyone is giving me the runner around.no one seems to know who should offer me cell phone insurance.it not even 30 days yet .
