23 march-Lerato informed me about broken motherboard, 1 days work. 24 March-i called and instructed them to proceed.25 March - i called lerato not in once again, a gentlemen could not find my job nr, he called lerato to find my pc, could not get hold of her. he never called back, me thinking my pc is ******.26 March-i called in to find out where my pc is, once again lerato was not there left a message again.27 March-Lerato called me saying she found out i was looking for her! i have been leaving messages since the 24th of March. i explained again that she can proceed. 27 March-i collected my PC. 31 March 2015-installed pc and does not work. 1 april-my mom took it back to them, now suddenly it is windows that must be reloaded with every new motherboard, but they tell us windows was working fine after they tested the new motherboard. bunch of lazy, *********** and ***** that work in their centurion branch!!!
