***********. Stupid. *******. Pass the buck.

I bought an Asus For R21000 last year. It packed up this year. I took it in as I have the 3 year warranty. It's been a month. I was told it would be back in 10 working days. I have never been messed around like the Clearwater store. Their favourite line is "my colleague gave you the wrong information" last week I walked into the store. Spoke to the manager and mpumelelo who both assured me that they spoke to the supplier and it would be back today 12 April. I have now been told the colleague gave me the wrong information. I will have to wait another 3 weeks to get my laptop back. When asked why they **** and why the run around and I need an answer I got sorry. I don't know what to say to you. Pathetic. They have ****** my money and my laptop. I am not holding my breath for 3 weeks. Never again will I purchase anything from incredible connection especially Clearwater branch.
