*********** *****. Don't order from them online. They don't respond if you have issues.

I bought a phone from them, FedEx received it but couldn't deliver to me until they got an authorisation letter from Incredible Connection. From 20th May, I have been enquiring about my order. It's 28th of May and may status keeps saying I'm not available even though the fault is with them for not sending the authorisation letter.

I have since called daily, 4 times a day pleading with them to send the letter and they say they know nothing about the letter. They call FedEx only to find out that they really need to send the letter and they tell me they are sending the letter. 2 hours letter, I check with FedEx and no letter received. I call back Incredible Connection and they say nobody has sent the letter and they will now send. I repeat this cycle of FedEx wanting a letter, Incredible connection lying about sending it, then admitting they didn't send it, but they are "now" sending it, they will call me back and they never do.

I have called them more than 10 times now, with the same lies. I had to actually tell one to type the letter and read it back to me. They lie, they don't do their job. I have more than 80 minutes calling them each day.

I still haven't received my order.
