<p>Bought a Go Pro on line from Incredible on the 19th Dec.</p> <p>Yesterday i got a call from Incredible to say the product had arrived and to rate their service. I told the lady that my product has not arrived and she said she would look into it and call me back,wishful thinking.</p> <p>I called Incredible's customer care line and the lady was so unhelpful and gave me a ref ICN ********** 46 and told me to call Fedex my self to track the parcel. The ref number does not exist and i am so irate with Incredible and their useless *********** staff who make me track my own order,please close your useless customer service. Where is my Go Pro?</p>
