INCOMPETENCY

Someone took a vodacom contract from incredible connections now they are taking money from my fiances account,

i called vodacom to find out why they are taking money from the account they advised that he took the contract from incredible connections rosebank, the salary advise of that person says that he is working from a different company , that my fiance is not working for.

so i am thinking that someone made a mistake when they were taking the account number of the person who took the contract, last week they took money and they took again this week. my fiance has never been to Jhb nor using Vodacom.
