incompetence at the highest level

this is the worst company to deal with. i placed an order on monday the 22/08/22 and got an sms on thursday to say my order was delivered. i never recieved a thing. i had to call and speak to the *********** agents who know nothing. no one bothered to call me and inform me that there was an issue with my order, which nobody knows what the problem is. why have consultants when they have no way to help the customer. are they just there as the first rung on the ladder of absolute irritation dealing with incredible connection.
