INCOMPETENCE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM BY INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

Have had a very bad experience with this company. After taking my laptop for assessment, they found out that there's liquid inside which made the audio not to work. The unfortunate part is that everything was working and could even sign on and work on it. They couldn't fix it because they said it costs R10000 which is more than what I paid for. I asked them to bring back. Got to Mall @ Reds, took the laptop and headed home. Got home, tried to charge it, without any luck. Then it dawned on me that this laptop is completely dead. I took it back to them and asked them to make it work as it was when I gave them. The response I got, after consulting the Ombudsman, is that there's nothing they can do. Strange enough, if I pay R10000, my laptop will work but because I can't afford it, there's nothing they can do when they broke my laptop.
