Incompetence and ********* business practice

I bought a TV only to find out the TV I purchased is not the one I saw on display. The sales person gave me a wrong TV. When I reported tge matter I was promised the TV will be fetched from my house only to be called the following day the store does not have a car. I cannot even be refunded since I have the TV which I must return at my cost. I have been disrespected by this store and this conduct is ********* and uncalled for. I have to pay for some incompetence.
