Incompency at Incredible Connection Clearwater

So South Africa is currently on level4 of the National Lockdown. All retailers that have since opened their shops and made provisions to customers to make them aware which items are for sale and which ones are not. Everything will br clearly makes. But not at Incredible Connection Clearwater mall. I went through the whole process of applying for finance than to look with the help of the salesman checking stock availability and sizes and colour on the Apple Mac Book air and the Apple Watch. On the day of collection of my items suddenly I cannot purchase the watch because its not an esssential good. no where on the store or next to certain items is there any marking or brief letter to make customers aware that certain items are not considered essential goods. I was than told if I want the particular item they require proof that I am an essential worker. The manager was protecting his staff at my inconvenience. The same staff that was running around looking for stock of my items and going back with different answers.
