Incedible bad and no conenction either

I made an incredible mistake and tried Incredible Connection again. I ordered online and paid 30/11, but no delivery, no email answers, no working webform, no arrurate SMS, no accurate tracking info, calling them failed too. So there is certainly no CONNECTION. I even tried to activate a store, they can't help either. Incredibly bad. How do I get my money back?
