"In house" Software a Complete Lie

I bought a laptop from Incredible Connection about a month ago. I was interested in also purchasing a Microsoft Office Suite, but when the salesman told me the price of it I decided to price it elsewhere. He then offered their "in house" software package which was much cheaper. At first I declined and said I just wanted the laptop thanks, and off he went. A few minutes later he comes back with a very concerned looking techie, who explains that for R699 I can get their "in house" office suite that is almost exactly the same as Microsoft Office and is a once off price plus an antivirus suite, and that they would set it all up for me free of charge right then and there. So, trusting the techie knew what he was talking about, I agreed. When I got home and had a look at the antivirus suite installed, I realised it was on a free version. Then I got suspicious and looked deeper, ALL the software installed was free software I could have downloaded myself off the internet!! Then I looked on my slip and the charge for R699 is specified as "WOW - Intermediate". So i Googled it and found that I hadn't paid for software at all, I'd paid R699 for "Walk Out Working" aka setting up the laptop which I could have done myself. They **** to my face and told me I was buying software. The laptop setup wasn't even done properly, first thing I had to do was Window's updates, a basic first step and I had to get my own mail working. I thought I was paying R699 for software, these people **** to my face without even blinking.
