Improper Conduct and Breach of duty

Opened an account through incredible connections and was told two options of the credit facility, so then I opted for revolving credit so that in future should I need something I could buy with the available balance. What I found out today is that the consultant opened a facility for the device I purchase only without my consent or explanation which I only found out on my second visit to the store to purchase a Xmas gift. As a customer I'm not satisfied because I was falsely provided information without my consent or acknowledgment. Hope incredible connections resolves this query to not take concern further .
