Imaginary items in stock

I'm very disappointed in incredible connection who either can't run a proper database of items in Stock with their website check stock feature ( where it shows if an item is actually in Stock with the branch) or they deliberately have **** items and advertise it at a great price but its magically not in stock, even though the online check stock feature says they do. https://www.incredible.co.za/sansui-40in-102cm-fhd-dled-sty0640

The reason I'm ****ed is I drove from limpopo towards either wonderpard or mall of Africa which apparently had stock, to make it by the time they open only to luckily find out by phone and save myself a few km in petrol money that's its faulty system or like Im actually thinking false advertising to lure people to the store when you in fact can't purchase that item, because honestly in todays age you would expect better.
