Illogical pricing

I went to one of the Incredible Connection stores to buy on of their kindles as the web site indicates that is only available in store, and not for ordering online.

Getting to the store, I am told that they cannot offer me the same price as that is an online only deal.

How can you offer something online for a specific price, but not allow anyone to buy it?
