*******ly deducting money from my account

I have a debit order for R885 per month from Incredible Connection. In February last year I missed a payment - the debit order never happened for some reason. Consequently I made a telephonic deal with someone working for HiFinance to have the installment increased to R1000 per month so as to catch up on the outstanding amount. It is now 1 year later. I have phoned to request that the amount be amended back to the original R885, but once again I was debited R1000.
