Ignore a client on 3 different platforms!

2 weeks back, I emailed the Somerset West branch to buy a product. They ignored me. Then I filed a complaint as per the auto-reply that I received. They ignored me. Then I send the request for help to their Facebook page. They ignored me. Unbelievable!
