If you can buy your electronics anywhere else, do it.

The first time I tried to by a M1 Macbook Air on the 12-month interrest free special. This was in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. They told me which documents I need to bring in, so that is what I did. The lady told me that she would call me as soon as I should come back in. When I did this she forgot to tell me that I need my original ID copy. Then we went through the whole application process anyway. The offer they gave me was nowhere near the 0% percent interest rate offer. I suspected the lady was just ***********, and I was right. I came to Potchefstroom's Incredible Connection and I got pre-approved for the no interest offer with the exact same documentation I used in Middelburg. It's a long story, but I just ended up buying the Macbook cash. Just couldn't deal with the hassle anymore. I was helped by different people in Potchefstroom and the last one, Ruan if I remember correctly, was actually professional. Incredible Connection is the only re-seller that stocks the Macbook with 16gb of memory. So I guess if they keep on being the only provider, it doesn't matter how bad their customer service is. But if you can buy your electronics anywhere else, do it.
