If I could rate Incredible Connection a zero I would have. They take online orders and money for stock they don't have. They are dishonest about when and how refunds are processed. They ignore you when you complain about the lack of communication. 2 weeks and I still don't have my money refunded. They continue to show the item as being in stock online and allowing customers to pay for the item. This is an extremely ********* business practice. Buyers Beware of Incredible Connection!
