I will never buy from incredible connection again

I recently bought a Logitech sim racing steering wheel from incredible connection the groove, I was waiting for my PlayStation to be delivered before I opened the steering wheel. When I finally opened it for the FIRST time, I found that it was broken, I returned it and could not get a refund but was told it will need to go to Logitech for repairs. After 8 working days I heard nothing and went to the store. They told me they are awaiting approval and it can take UP TO 21 WORKING DAYS… I saw no stock on the floor so the moment the credit is approved they will need to order a new one that will work for PlayStation which will take another 21 working days probably. I am not updated, I requested the money back when we took it back they said no, HORRIBLE PROCESS, NO FEEDBACK, my ref number is
