I went to Incredible Connection at Cresta to do a credit application for an item

I went to Incredible Connection at Cresta to do a credit application for an item. The lady who assisted me, Prisca, went out of her way to assist me. She was friendly and professional. They had issues with their fingerprint scanner, the application was denied but she kept pushing, went through the whole process again and we were able to register me on the system. All the other staff were helpful as well but she went above and beyond. Very happy with the service I received.
