I was sold a problematic laptop (Dell Inspiron 7737) that that was apparently “new”!

Bought: 31/05/15 from Incredible Connection Cresta
I was given a R1 000 discount because the previous owner returned it allegedly because it was not the model/make they wanted. Incredible connection assured me that the box was opened and the laptop was returned the very next day, however on inspection I found that there were some scratches and scuff marks around the security port, which leads me to believe that the previous owner had it for longer than a day.
Problems with the laptop started about a month in. I tried to install an update for the graphics card which caused the computer to freeze (when my laptop freezes I can no longer log-in or use it even after rebooting), I had to do a system refresh to rectify the problem. After this I continued to have freezing problems, I had to refresh as many as 12 times (doing a refresh means that I have to re-install everything). After the last refresh the option would no longer work. I then had no alternative but to return to incredible connection, they ran diagnostics and did a full wipe and install. Again about a month later I had the same freezing issue. I have since taken it to incredible connection several times, every time is the same; they run a diagnostic and say everything is fine, however I cannot reliably use my computer and have lost count of how many times the computer crashes (having to do more re-install/refreshes). When all options were exhausted I took the laptop to someone else for a second opinion, a detailed scan was done through the dell recovery option and it was found that after several hours of scanning the test would hang on the detailed hard drive scan. I then contacted dell to replace the hard drive which they agreed was problematic (I have all dell references and emails). The drive was replaced end of January this year, now here comes the other discrepancy; according to dell’s system the hard drive that was in my laptop was a (sshd solid state hard drive) and the replacement drive needed to be a normal hard drive (meaning the drive in the laptop did not match the original specification), which again leads me to believe the laptop I purchased was not a day old. The drive was replaced and now a few months later I am having freezing issues again.
I enjoy my laptop when it works, however this is so seldom that I cannot use it. In the initial year of purchase I could have requested incredible connection to replace the laptop, however every time I took it in I was told that there was nothing wrong with it! I am very dissatisfied with this type of service. This laptop was sold to me as “new” but the proof is above. This computer was faulty from the beginning, it should have been replaced from the moment that it gave issues. I expect incredible connection to do the right thing!

I am very dissatisfied with the service i have recieved as i still have no reply from incredible connection. It is very unprofessional of incredible connection not to assist their customers and this reflects badly on incredible connection.

I expect them to reply to me and resolve my issue.
