I want my refund please ***

I placed and order on the 12th of December 2025 and they failed to deliver on time I requested that they cancel my order and refund me that was on the 19th of December till date I am struggling to get proper response from them I have not been refunded yet … all the agents are giving me the stupid standard response.

The last agent who was assisting me Fezile was not even interested in helping me resolve this..
