I told the salesman i couldnt download

Hi no one has come back to me regarding this webplus x8 which i purchased but cant use as it wont download from the internet and my cd rom doesnt work, i told the salesman this but he told me that it probably would download from the internet i did take the cd out of the box but didnt use it as it wouldnt download, this has been reported to the consumer council
