I recently purchased a laptop from here and I am not impressed with the product at all

I am a student in university, I bought a laptop from there and on the first day I had to return it because there was a problem with the keyboard (some keys were not working properly, to be specific the when I would press the [shift 2] for the [@] I would get ["] and when I press the [shift '] for ["] i would get [@] ) I then returned it to be fixed and they did so but I had to return after only 2 weeks of using it because the screen was glitching/flickering. I explained this to the I.T. specialist and he said it has to undergo evaluation for about 14 days. Mind you this is during exam season so this has terribly crippled me in my studies. This may be hearsay but on the day I was returning the laptop for the second time, I was on the way there with my friend and she had also returned a device she had purchased from there multiple times because it had technical issues.
