I probably look to poor to shop here hey?

Visited the Cavendish branch today and the service is never short of non-existent. Three (unfortunately have to add this part - white) customers came into the store after me and each got flanked immediately by 2 staff members despite the fact that I was waiting in front of a specific laptop I wished to purchase. I called 2 staff members who looked me in the face and continued to walk on as if they didnt see me. Eventually flagged one who called the tech support guy to assist because he was clearly to busy keeping the floor warm. I have this problem every single time I visit any of your branches and the only reason I am forced to use your store is because Dion Wired has closed down. Do I look to poor or am I the wrong skin colour for your staff members to assist? Each time I visit your store, it is too obvious to notice that a person of colour does not get served. Your customer service is putrid - actually, its just non existent.
