I HOPE TO NEVER DEAL WITH INCREDIBLE CONNECTION EVER AGAIN

I wish I could rate Incredible Connection negative 10 (-10). Because I've never dealt with a company more disorganized and employees who couldn't care less about the customer. I bought a TV online in Jan 2025, I was promised that it would arrive between 2-5 working days. On the last day the contact centre ***) advised that they are not sure where the order is and gave me the number for their warehouse (imagine a customer having to call your warehouse - unbelievable). After several attempts of trying to reach the correct person at the warehouse (because someone is either on lunch or not at their desk), a lady told me that she is "NOT SURE" why the drive hasn't yet collected my order. Upon hearing this, I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I was told that the refund will take 7-14 working days. It's been 25 days and NOTHING. I call the contact centre every day (Calls are recorded for quality purposes, but who cares right... no one listens to these so-called recorded calls, and there is definitely ZERO quality ). The only feedback I ever received is that they will escalate the issue and that someone will give me a call. NO ONE has ever called me from Incredible Connection. I'm the only person doing all the calling. I have no idea how to get my refund. Their process is absolutely pathetic to be honest. No one could care less... I've explained to several contact centre consultants that the "escalation/ comments" that they add onto my ticket is NOT WORKING, because no one is looking at it, no one is calling me back, no one cares BUT all they are looking to do is add notes on their system and whether it gets resolves is none of their business. I have no product, I have no refund, they can't give me the number for finance or an alternative email address. I can't escalate this because I speak to the same group of consultants. I have no idea what to do here. I hope to NEVER DEAL WITH INCREDIBLE CONNECTION AGAIN!
