I have been in store 4 times to no avail!!!

I purchased a clip on cover for my MAC from Incredible Connection (in Pretoria). About 2 months ago I could not get the case off, I took it in and the technician at Incredible connection in Stellenbosch Eikestad tried for about 30 minutes to remove the cover, he took it to his manager but said that they can't get it off and it may be faulty. He said he will take photos and send it to the supplier, I should come back. I returned on the day he said I should and he said he still has not heard from the supplier. A week later I went back again, still nothing. Hopeless I took it to IFix, who with difficulty removed the case, confirmed it's faulty.Still didn't hear from Incredible Connection & took the case back to them explaining that this is faulty and does not fit. The technician took it and said he would give it to the technician who had originally tried to remove it. I asked if I needed a slip and he wrote the date and signed my slip (21/112015). Now more than a month later I have heard nothing. So I called them and the technician could not find it on the system. I am annoyed that I need to keep following up and that nothing has been done even though I have been in the store 4 times.
