I don't even deserve a star

Im very disappointed with incredible connection online services,i ordered on 1st of march 2025 a Asus laptop on the 4th i got a call telling me that my laptop it's be shipped any day from now I've been tracking it until the 14th still no laptop or a call now I've canceled the order demanding my money coz it's been so long.All i get is the same story different agents telling me that relevant department will contact me even now it's the 18th day of misery I'm not even sure whether i will get my refund or not I'm so devastated.never again
