i did not recieve my order

i placed an order on 7 march 2023 , i bought a telkom mobile router for R699. on the 10th they called me "the guy called MO " and said that they are out of stock therefore they will check for stock at hifi corp . he called back and said that he found stock at hifi i will then recieve communication from hifi from then.i have never recieved any communication from hifi . but instead im recieving updates from incredible connection that states that my order was picked by the courier. on the 14th i get an update from incredible connection that states that my order is out for delivery , i then got another update that my order was delivered .i called them to notify them that i didnt recieve any order. they said they will get back to me. they havent gotten back to me ive been calling a couple of times they made me hold untill i ran out of airtime .i regret purchasing from incredible connection
